Coastal Scents Eyeshadow Palette, $18.95

These awesome palettes come with a total of 88 shades and at $18.95 that’s an average of 22 cents per eyeshadow! But don’t think you’ll be compromising on quality. They’re so highly pigmented that you won’t need to apply much, making them last a really long time.
